After living in this home for 20 years, these homeowners decided it was time for a change. At the front of the home there were giant arbor vitaes that covered much of the front of the building and didn’t provide much visual interest. After meeting with Michigan Landscape Professionals, they decided on a total landscape design renovation that gave the space a more open feel and brought in new visual elements. To brighten up the space for this landscape design renovation, the landscape beds were extended outward and made larger. Ornamental trees provide color and framing for the landscape design and more pops of color come from peonies, golden mop cypress, and guacamole hosta. Everything for the landscape design was topped off with a fresh coat of mulch and decorative stones for a polished, complete look.
