The Account Manager is responsible for providing world-class service, communication, and consultative sales to property managers and commercial representatives, HOAs/Boards, and their landscaping committees. This position also leads work order sales, co-leads total installation sales with marketing/contracts, completion of installation sales models based on site visits, and manages the master scheduling of seasonal services that are part of all installment contracts (spring/fall cleanups, pruning, mulch, flowers). This position reports directly to the Owner/CEO.
Meet/exceed annual lawn maintenance revenue/gross margin budgets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers and commercial representatives.
Handle customer service concerns and resolve any account-level issues.
Contribute to the achievement of company objectives as a member of the M Team
Manage KPIs to ensure department and company objectives are met.
Provide cost analysis for new maintenance contract opportunities.
Consultative sales experience in maintenance and landscaping services
Account management experience with property managers and commercial accounts
Knowledge of lawn maintenance, including mowing, bed maintenance, mulching, pruning, and more

Hours: Potential for weekend work.
